NAVIGATING AGED CARE
As an Aged Care Consultant, and experienced Registered Nurse, Jacqueline is competent to provide up to date information, guidance and insight into the complexities governing the aged care sector which may influence finding the right home for you.
EXPERIENCE
Founder and Director Jacqueline, has over 25 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. Working as a senior nurse and manager in hospitals, aged care, the Australian Defence Force and community sectors.

CONSULTING
Clinical Care Solutions can meet you and your loved ones where you feel most comfortable, in your home, at hospital, or at a cafe. Consultation times vary, this allows for Clinical Care Solutions to tailor the right consultancy package for you.
Packages
Packages are tailored to your needs. Please call or email to discuss options available.
​Packages:
1) $1650 (includes GST) for initial consultation and support, up to 4 weeks’ duration.
2) $2750 (includes GST) for initial consultation and support, up to 8 weeks’ duration.
3) $4400 (includes GST) for initial consultation and support, up to 10 weeks’ duration. This package also includes 2 weeks of ongoing support once you, or your loved one has moved into an aged care home.
4) Advocacy - Jacqueline is available to advocate for you regarding the care you receive in hospital or an aged care home. You may require a review of your home care package invoices or aged care expenses.
Non package fee: $200/hour (negotiable).
